The Bonzo Tour

Our exclusive mini-coach tour will take you to see Bonzo's birthplace in Headless Cross and his secondary school at Lodge Park before driving through the North Worcestershire countryside to the pub where John drove his motorbike inside, right up to the bar, stopping off for a quick drink.

Then back on the road for the short drive to visit John's grave at St Michael & All Angels church in Rushock.  After a short stop allowing you to pay your respects, the tour resumes taking you passed John's home, the Old Hyde Farm, and the local village pub, The Chequers. 

​

Our final stop, back in Redditch town centre, will be to see John's memorial installed on 31st May 2018 for his 70th Birthday.

​

Throughout the tour, you will have an entertaining commentary from your guide about Bonzo and his life in Worcestershire. Plus lots of Led Zeppelin music along the way.

Returns 1.00pm

The Genius of John Bonham Workshop

Devised and hosted by Matt Green, Director, of Palace Drum Clinic, Matt will be breaking down some of the most iconic grooves from songs like Immigrant Song, Rock and Roll, Good Times Bad Times and Fool in the Rain.

​

Venue: The PD Cave, Kingfisher Centre, Redditch
            (either meet at the John Bonham Memorial outside the Library at 1pm or go                       there  directly by taking the UP escalator by Primark and JD Sports. At the top,                 go through the door to the right of the Job Centre).

​

Doors open at 1.00pm with the workshop commencing at 1.30pm

The Bonzo Tour only is £12 per person

The Genius of John Bonham Workshop only is £5 per person

Payment

Pre-payment is required on Saturday 27th May by 6pm to confirm seat reservation. 

JBACIII Ticketholders, please go to the Merchandise Stand within the event arena. 

If you are not attending the JBACIII event, you will need to go to the Admission Point to make payment.

If payment is not made by the stated time, your seat reservation will be cancelled.
